Extra Patrol - At 12:21 am on June 20, the reporting party called in reference to a female that kept walking with a flashlight in the area of 716 N. Sunset, last seen heading northbound.

Accident - At 8:56 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a minor two vehicle accident that occurred at 444 Fairview. A silver Hyundai was blocking the roadway.

Attempt to Locate - Be on the lookout for a black 2020 Powerhouse 6 foot x 10 foot trailer with four rear drop gate, single 3500 lbs. axle. Trailer will have the name “Powerhouse” in orange lettering on both sides of the tongue, a spare tire on the front of the tongue, diamond plate metal flooring, silver wheels with locking lug nuts and 18 inch railing. Taken from Perry between 5 am and 8:30 am on June 20. Unknown description of suspect involved. Trailer does not have a tag, VIN is 1P9BF1015LS694303. Trailer will be entered into NCIC.

Pursuit - Motorcycle was southbound on 1st and Highland traveling at high rates of speed. Officer #9 advised the driver was cited and released.

Attempt to Locate - Be on the lookout for two juveniles that have runaway from their home in Jennings, Oklahoma. Lucean Marie Warren, White female, 5’6’’, 130 lbs., hazel eyes, blonde hair, last seen wearing a grey top, “Snoopy” cutoff shorts, and white open toed sandals. And Richard Thomas Smith, White male, 5’5’’, 120 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, last seen wearing Mugsy Grubhouse grey t-shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a blue Adidas backpack. Juveniles are known to frequent the Yale, Oklahoma area often. If contact is made, contact Pawnee County Sheriff’s Department immediately.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 1:11 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to two male subjects trying to steal a swimming pool from Atwoods. First male subject was wearing brown shorts and a black hat. The second male was in a black shirt. Officer #21 took information for a report. Larceny from a retailer for over $1000. Officer #39 went prisoner in custody for #21 with James Moreland, 11/1964, for multiple Kay County warrants totaling $5800 and multiple city warrants totaling $3614.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of W. Grand at 4:48 pm. Officer #29 went prisoner in custody with Charles Henry, 07/1979, for multiple city warrants totaling $3045 cash only.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 7:17 pm, the reporting party advised that a White male wearing black shorts and a white t-shirt stole alcohol and left from Plaza Wine and Spirits. Was sitting at Homeland. Pursuit with subject on foot, subject was armed with a firearm. Subject stole a vehicle and pursuit ended in the field behind Harbor Freight. Subject was apprehended and transported to ER.

Welfare Check - The reporting party received a text from his ex that said to get the police to 542 N. 8th now. Reporting party advised of a possible domestic with boyfriend James Wesley Brown. Officer #55 went prisoner in custody with James Brown, 07/1977, for operating without being licensed, second offense.

Disturbance - At 2:31 am on June 21, a subject at Elm and Highland wouldn’t stop revving his motorcycle engine and it was keeping people awake. Subject was moved along.

Reckless Driver - At 9:55 am, a reckless driver ran a red light at 4th and South. Suspect vehicle is a maroon late 90s Blazer with the last numbers of the tag being 871. Was last seen southbound on 9th. Officer #55 made contact with the driver and advised them not to run a red light.

Options - Reporting party in the lobby requested options on a sexual assault that occurred in Blackwell. Incident report was taken, Blackwell interviewed the reporting party.

Traffic Stop - At 3:51 pm, a traffic stop occurred at Broadway Plaza. Officer #39 went prisoner in custody with Brad Honeycutt, 02/1987, for local and Kay County confirmed warrants. Transported to Kay County Sheriff’s Office.

Traffic Stop - At 7:46 pm, a traffic stop occurred at 3rd and Cleveland. Officer #13 went prisoner in custody with Edgar Martinez, 06/1993, for local warrants for failure to comply 1st offense, and operating without being licensed #395 cash only and transported to the station.

Prisoner Transport - Officer #47 went prisoner in custody from Kay County Sheriff’s Office with William Benzing, 07/1998, for local warrants for excessive speed 1st offense doing 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, no drivers licensed 3rd offense, defective/improper equipment, no insurance 3rd offense, possession of paraphernalia, operating with expired registration, possession of paraphernalia.

Reckless Driver - At 9:10 am on June 22, the reporting party advised of a driver in a blue F-150 with the tag EMQ941 going southbound on 14th that had just passed Braum’s. It was advised that she was driving in the wrong direction of traffic. Last seen westbound on Hartford from 14th. Officer made contact with female at 415 E. Hartford. Made contact with Grand Lake and subject met criteria. Was transported to ER.

Accident - At 11:54 am, a two vehicle accident occurred near the garden center at Walmart. No injuries.

Fight in Progress - At 1:13 pm, a possible fight in progress at 721 N. Oak. Subject had a baseball bat to break windows of vehicles. Problem subjects were in a white 4-door car.

Indecent Exposure - At 2:56 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an Indian male wearing black shoes, black shorts and a black top that was sitting on a bench by the playground at Garfield Park that was performing inappropriate acts on himself. The reporting party advised there were juveniles in the park. Subject was no longer on the scene, the reporting party requested the area be checked.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon - At 7:20 pm, a male with a machete was trying to fight people in the 400 block of N. Oak. People at 217 S. Oak had an altercation with him and a group of people at Oklahoma and Oak also had an altercation with him. Turned left onto Broadway or Hazel. Subject was field interviewed and released. Gathered the found machete.

Prisoner Transport - Officer transported one male and one female to station. Officer #49 went prisoner in custody with Bobby Davison, 04/1974, for operating a vehicle without registration/improper registration, and driving under suspension - 2nd offense. Officer #49 also went prisoner in custody with Timber Mauk, 09/1995, for petit larceny, driving under suspension first offense, failure to comply with required compulsory insurance law first offense, code violation and trespassing.
